Reservation Policies for Chalets & Guestrooms

All reservations must be made with Visa, MasterCard or Amex. We do not accept cash/cheque deposits.

A deposit is required when making your reservation. A $50.00 deposit is required for each Guestroom and a $200.00 deposit is required for each Chalet.

Cancellation policy for Chalets//Conference Room is 21 days. If you cancel before 21 days, your deposit will be refunded to you, less a $25.00 administration fee. If you cancel after the 21 days, your deposit will not be refunded. Failure to notify us of your cancellation, at all, will result in a charge to your credit card at the regular accommodation rate.

Cancellation policy for Guestrooms is 24 hours. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in, your deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel after the 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. Failure to notify us of your cancellation by 12:00 noon on the day of your scheduled arrival will result in a charge to your credit card at the regular accommodation rate.

There will be no refunds for days lost through early departure.
Final payment of all accommodations is due upon check in and you are expected to check out at our front desk to settle any additional charges on your account and to turn in your room key.

Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposits or payments indicates your compliance with our Rules & Regulations whether or not you have actually signed the draft.
